More on Clapton

First, I have to admit the new album has grown on me. I really like “I’m Going Left” and “Piece of My Heart” especially. I still can’t stand “So Tired,” though.
Second, I’ve heard several people liken John Mayer to early Eric Clapton. I don’t see it, but evidently he does, because Mayer makes an appearance on the new album, and recently performed a duo acoustic version of Clapton’s “Broken Hearted” to raise money for Katrina victims. It’s very much worth listening to.
