Thanks for that very nice review.
We really appreciate it and we're especially glad you took the skewering in good part.

For all the talk about "the people" in a democracy, it's funny how little self-reliance is in vogue anymore. We confuse caring for our health with funding the health care industry, improving our education with building more educational institutions, and increasing our wealth with turning over our bank balances to wealth managers. 

The more we talk about "empowering people" the less, it seems, we leave  anyone to do anything for themselves...

Most of the things that can be "scientifically managed or anticipated" are not rational systems.  I think the conclusion that more obviously follows is:  "Therefore, there is little reason to expect anything like rational self-optimization from them."</description>
